After not been seen by a dentist in some time and been in alot of pain with a wisdom tooth and had a chipped my front tooth. I left my first appointment and could not even notice I had damaged my front tooth prior. I was given antibiotics for the infection in my wisdom tooth and a follow up appointment a week later. When I arrived for my second appointment I was very nervous and quite upset. I was made to feel very calm and at ease. I left my second appointment with my wisdom tooth removed with very little pain. 2 days later and I can honestly say I feel such a relief.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  After not visiting a dentist for too long I was nervous to start again, but choosing Health & Smile was the best choice. Mrs Chawla listened to why I was nervous and of the past bad experiences and reassured me that I didn’t need any needles which I was mainly worried about! The dental nurse and the reception staff were all lovely and very helpful over the phone and in person. If you’re worried about being pushed into having treatments you don’t need, don’t be!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I had a complication with my wisdom tooth. I went to an NHS dentist. They tried to extract it and it was taking too long. They decided to cut the crown and left the root in the socket. This has caused me so much pain over the years. I rang Health and smile dental practice and got appointment almost straight away. The phone first rang, no one answered and to my uttermost surprise, the receptionist rang me back straight away.
The extraction took almost 1.5 hours. The dentist was very patient and rather very assuring. It was even way past their closing time but they patiently took their time to extract the tooth thoroughly.
The most interesting part is that I had a follow up phone call from the receptionist a week after the extraction making sure I was OK.
I initially thought my bills were going to be over the roof since it took long to extract the tooth. On contrary, I was charged the normal rate published on their website.
What an excellent service! They are good example for other dental practice to emulate. I cannot simply stopped singing their praises to my friends and family.
